I gave this company 4 stars because the new roof and siding do look wonderful. The subcontractors did a very nice job but there have been some hiccups. Two young crew members were not experienced.The Kansas office is the office we dealt with and I cannot give the same compliments others are giving in their review. Our sales contractor (I will not give his name) started off just fine but in the end we asked not to have him come to our home and pick up the money that was due. He needs to be retrained in communication/listening skills.Concerning our insurance company I was the one who dealt with them. The sales contractor said it was best if we handled things. Even though through the sales pitch it is promised that AmeriPro handles the insurance company.AmeriPro only contacted the insurance company when they wanted extra money. The sales contractor actually caused issues with my insurance company. A lot of disagreements because of him.My husband found the damage in the siding in the front and back of the house. Which we paid for not the insurance policy.The sales contractor was not concerned and wanted to get on with his next client.I should have had a direct contact with company not the sales contractor.When the roofing material was delivered the project manager came to inspect everything and was very professional but no one came and inspected the siding material when it was delivered. I was asked by the sales contractor to inspect the color and make sure things were correct. The color is a very nice color that I found online but the salescontractor kept wanting to take credit. The client should not be the one inspecting the delivered materials. There were mistakes made concerning the white trim and where it should have been placed. Once again, the sales contractor interfered. My husband and I just let it go.I will give AmeriPro credit in working with us in making things right concerning the light fixtures and trim that needed replaced around a window due to denting issues.We are still having work corrected as of 2025/2026 year. So as of now the company is honoring the warranty.The contact out of North Carolina helped with original issues and we have been dealing with a representative from Chicago area with current issues.There is a new siding person with AmeriPro that seems to be understanding and helpful.Hoping to have everything resolved soon.Our advice would be if you use this company out of the Kansas location just be careful!Make sure it is inspected correctly once the job is completed.

Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Glenn Baucom. He identified the issue and made multiple suggestions for repair offering various prices. He also took the time to identify other issues and some not even related to the roof. His knowledge in home building helped clarify concerns I had already and even provided low cost solutions for those that were DIY. Extremely honest and from my experience very trustworthy, 10/10 recommend him to anyone and would work with him again.

Recently had my roofing, eaves and downspouts replaced by AmeriPro Roofing. I thought this was going to happen a year ago from storms with hail that came through Spring Hill, Tennessee in May 2024. The claim was denied, I don't know why. This year tried again with Brett Burgess was the lead inspector and Rick Knox was the facilitator for the project. Seemed to take forever to get approval from my insurance and since it took so long AmeriPro was able to push my job ahead to get it done. I didn't think this was going to happen till after the first of the year so I had my Christmas lights up attached to the eaves, they very kindly took them down and even put them back up. Everything looks great and I give them 5 stars

Jeremy Bovat, our main contact was truly exceptional and he kept us informed with continuous updates. Laron Bryant, adjustor coordinator and George O'Neil, the production coordinator were also great. They removed all debris and cleaned up daily, and we feel the quality of installation was top notch. Everyone worked diligently with the insurance company in an effort to have the job go smoothly. There are so few companies anymore that really go above and beyond but we feel they deserve a five star rating for performance and results.

This company is amazing!! 10 stars Ed Dodds notified us by text when materials would be delivered. The driver placed the materials neatly on my driveway leaving enough room for me to get in and out of my garage. Next day the repair crew arrived early and began prepping the work area. They laid down tarps and kept the job site neat and tidy. They even picked up every single roofing nail. The crew spent a total of 2 days fully replacing our roof and left the property looking much better than before. They even removed the snow off the back deck. I would highly recommended this company, and especially Ed Dodds.
Had a 24 year old roof that needed replaced. Stress was mounting and I could feel the neighbors side-eyeing my house. Luckily for me, a hero appeared in the form of Paul Pavlu. He kindly approached me while I was outside and offered to walk me through the process of getting a new roof. He came over several times to check on me throughout the process and laid any fears I had to rest. Roof was put up in a short amount of time and gutters soon after. AmeriPro was the best choice I could've made when it came to my roof. About a year before AmeriPro did my roof, another roofing company knocked on my door and failed to get my insurance company to cover the roof. Bring in Karen from AmeriPro, I told her my roof and getting it covered was a lost cause, but she assured me her team is the best. That's what the other guys said. She was right! AmeriPro went back and reopened the old claim and got the insurance company to cover the roof, I was in disbelief. Karen did a wonderful job, she was a pleasure to work with and the team got the roof on in a day. Could not recommend Karen and AmeriPro more!

David was a great communicator, and when I saw some negative reviews and had reservations, he provided me five customers in my area to call and ask questions to. Then it was all smooth sailing from there. The crew was fast and very nice, and I had at least five neighbors compliment the roof and ask who did it. A few neighbors were home when it was installed (I left due to the noise level), and said they didn't hear a thing. Then they commented on how impressed they were that the team cleaned up everything so well. You get assigned a quality control person who goes over everything with you and answers all your questions, and then you're done. I'm so happy with my roof and very grateful I had David to guide me through it all. He even worked with me patiently to find the right colors for the shingles and drip edge and took photos and sent to me when I was out of town, then came with all the samples when I still couldn't decide. I'm grateful I chose Ameripro.

We were very happy with the salesman and all the men who worked on the roof. They did a great job and clean up was excellent. The men that installed the gutters did a good job, their clean up was only fair. The only problem we had was with the scheduling of the gutters, we are not satisfied with the way this was handled. I would have to say we were mad about the situation. But the end result was the work was completed properly.

We had an excellent experience recently. This was our first time as homeowners replacing a roof so we naturally had lots of questions and wanted to ensure we were making the best decisions. We had an insurance claim for hail damage and they walked us through every single step. Matthew helped us through the financial piece and was available for me to text/call with questions.The actual build was quite impressive, the crew showed up at 7am and was done by 11. I didn't find a single scrap of debris or trash, they left our property extremely clean. Very impressed!

A few years back David Larson helped with a storm damaged roof replacement by working with my insurance agency. He helped make the process quick and easy for me. It was a lot of work for him though. He kept at it and the new roof looked great. I've moved since then and contacted Ameripro again after the damaging storms from early 2025. David and Ben Kniep worked it out again. Chad Stanliec stopped in while working with neighbors and performed a complimentary hail damage inspection. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He shared photos of his findings. Chad was transparent about the findings and educated me quite a bit about what constitutes hail damage and took the time to explain. Fortunately for me he found no significant damage. I defiantley recommend Chad if you have any home damage concerns.

David Larson provided me with a no cost inspection, filled a claim and worked with my insurance provider to get a payout. He worked with me to get the price as low as possible with the fairly sizable deductible I had. The material was delivered promptly and the crews were on site the next day to start the installation process which took 2 days and they cleaned everything up diligently afterwards. David showed up after to do an inspection to ensure everything was done properly and up to code and send me photos of the work.

Adam Filyaw at AmeriPro could not have done more for me. He fought for me to get the full replacement I needed for six months. Insurance fought back and after a second look they finally recognized the damage Adam said was there from the beginning. Especially with these newer builds, if they come around offering to take a free look after a storm, take them up on it. I didn't the first time we had a heavy storm and I ended up with a leak after the next storm. Adam made it easy and kept updating me regularly and I am very thankful for all his help.

My longtime contractor called my attention to hail damaged roof on my 100+ year old historic home. After my insurance company denied multiple claim attempts to pay for my damaged roof, my public adjuster referred me to Restoration Specialist Amber. He stated: "She is extremely successful in getting hail damaged roof insurance claims approved and the work her company performs is outstanding."Given my recent experience, I was skeptical! Worst of all, my house needed a roof. Amber came in about two days to assess my storm damage. She confirmed -the roof was indeed damaged. We walked through the roofing contract together. It was very straightforward.Amber explained the process both with and without insurance. Every single detail Amber stated about the process, down to the order and timeframe it would happen, went exactly as she said. Her attention to detail was impressive. She was accurate, considerate, helpful, and most of all professional from start to finish.Once the insurance adjuster arrived, together with Jake (Amber's co-Restoration Specialist) they went up on the roof and worked closely to secure the claim's approval. Joel Hedgepeth just finished our roof. The quality of the roof and the efficiency of the workers that put on the roof was amazing. The quality of the shingles exceeded my expectations. Joel has worked with me every step of the way and been open to my phone calls and emails. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He assisted in coordinating the solar company that was going to detach and reattach our solar panels. When I had questions about things on the claim from the insurance company, he answered them. He also worked with the insurance company to ensure that all damage from the hailstorm last May was listed on the claim, which saved us a lot of money. If you need a new roof Joel is your person to call. Be sure to call him for the inspection as soon as possible.

Insurance disagree.Fast forward to this past spring, insurance sent a third party to do an inspection and said roof needs to be replaced. Mark is a wonderful young man and I really like working with him, he's honest, explains everything wonderfully, he told me that he believed that I would only pay $1000.00 out of pocket which was my deductable, I hope we can be friends beyond getting my roof and possibly my gutters done. As for the contractor, Build to Last Roofing, I cannot say enough. They were very professional, humble and extreemly hard working. They arrived at 7am, immediately started covering my perrinials to protect them, setting up everything they needed and went right to work on the roof. I took out a variety of things to drink and they really appreciated them. They worked incredably fast and clean. I ordered pizza from Papa Murphy but my son had the car for work that day, without hesitation the son (Oliver I believe) when asked, ran to pick them up for me. I set up tables and chairs, napkins and drinks, and the father said they won't come down off the roof until it's completed. I said, "You're the boss of them, and I'm the home owner, so please ask them to come down and eat pizza while it's still nice and hot? So he did and they all came down and eated :) My neighbor had surgery on Monday and ran into complications and asked me how long they were going to take to complete the roofs? They completed it that day.......10 hours straight and did a beautiful job! I am very pleased and I would proudly recommend both of you to my friends and neighbors. Thank you sooooooooooo very much for a job very well done!!!!

I had roof damage that occurred during a hail storm. The same day there were roofing companies all over the neighborhood. Tony Rogers with Ameripro stopped by several weeks later and offered a free inspection. I knew I had hail damage and he took pictures and showed me the damage. Tony or another rep met with the insurance adjuster to look at the roof. This was my first large project after my husband passed and I was nervous about the entire process. My insurance company was very difficult to deal with but Ameripro and Tony were patient and eventually I had the new roof put on. There was a balance due after the roof was complete and, again, my insurance was difficult to work with, Tony and Ameripro worked directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to fight the fight. Also, Krystle in the office was very helpful! I would highly recommend Tony and Ameripro for your roofing needs.
Tony Rogers came by my house because there was hail damage in my neighborhood. His free inspection showed hail damage and he helped me contact my insurance company to see if it would be covered. He was ready with both worn and damaged pictures from the storm and had solutions ready during the initial conversation. Joel was not pushy nor did he make everything seem like it was a life or death decision. Once we agreed to the next steps, Joel was able to assist me and my wife through the process. Again, he offered examples of paperwork I could expect so help us navigate the communication with our insurance. During the process, Joel returned every text, email, and phone call without showing any frustration. As the process came to a close Joel visited the home again and walked around with us to look for anything we may not have noticed. We are so happy with the customer service provided by Joel!!!

Billy Robinson from AmeriPro Roofing did a great job in handling my roof replacement project. He gave me a great price and managed entire project himself with a very little of involvement. He bought all the roof samples and help me decide on the material and color. The crew who installed roof worked extremely hard, they started at 6 in the morning and finished the entire work by the 8 in the evening including cleaning of my yard, gutters etc. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for roof replacement. Also wanted to highlight that they initially helped me work with the insurance too and were present when the roof was inspected by insurance company. Unfortunately insurance company didn't cover it because the storm date wasn't recent enough, but Billy did his best that he could and only after insurance denied the replacement he gave me a great price for the roof.

The roofers were hard working and accommodating. They did good work and this winter will test their skills. They were a bit messy but they cleaned things up good. The gutter crew were very good and did a clean job all around. Need some weather to test their drainage.

After a particularly strong windstorm earlier this month, I noticed that some of the shingles along the ridge line of the roof had blown off. Although I purchased the house in 2001, I knew that the roof had been replaced by AmeriPro in 2019. I contacted the company and Sarah and Mark came out to survey the damage. I knew that the warranty did not cover me, as I did not own the home when the roof was replaced. (I also knew that the damage would probably not exceed my homeowners insurance deductible). A few days after the inspection a crew from AmeriPro arrived to replace the missing shingles. After the work was completed, one of the workers showed me a series of "before and after" photos of the work site. He also mentioned that he thought one of the reasons the shingles came off in the storm was that the nails used originally were too short and therefore didn't anchor the shingles properly and that he would pass along his comments to the company. Sarah called me the next day and said that the company had indeed received the information from the crew. A few days later, I received a call from Sabrina telling me that after reviewing the issue, AmeriPro said that there would be no charge for the work done to replace the shingles. I was shocked. In this day and age where no one wants to take responsibility for anything, AmeriPro and its people stood up and said we will make this right. I cannot say enough about how refreshing this experience was for me and can only give my highest compliments to them.- Richard G
