About Us

AmeriPro Roofing brings proven experience to every Englewood property we serve. Operating throughout Englewood and surrounding communities, we’ve developed a thorough understanding of how Colorado’s climate affects building exteriors. Our team specializes in materials and installation methods suited specifically for this region’s weather extremes. Each crew member receives comprehensive training in proper techniques, ensuring every project meets both manufacturer requirements and our Standards Through the Roof® quality standard.

We build relationships based on transparency and results. From your initial consultation through final inspection, you’ll receive clear communication about timelines, costs and what to expect. Our approach focuses on delivering exterior systems that function as designed year after year.

Does Your Roof Have Storm Damage?

Englewood’s location exposes roofs to severe weather events throughout the year. Spring and summer bring intense thunderstorms with large hail capable of damaging shingles, denting metal components and cracking flashing. Winter storms deposit heavy snow loads that stress roof structures. High winds in any season can lift shingles or tear away edge details.

Damage often develops without obvious warning signs from ground level. Granule loss, subtle denting, compromised sealant or minor lifting can allow water penetration that leads to serious interior damage. We offer complimentary roof inspections to evaluate your system’s condition after weather events. Our inspectors provide thorough assessments and document findings with detailed reports suitable for insurance claims when damage warrants coverage.

Our Home Improvements and Solutions

Protecting your Englewood home requires exterior systems suited to Colorado conditions. We provide roofing, siding and gutter solutions designed to withstand the temperature extremes, precipitation patterns and weather intensity characteristic of this region.

Colorado’s climate demands roofing systems built to handle unique stresses. Temperature fluctuations from sub-zero winters to 90-degree summers cause expansion and contraction cycles that test material durability. Intense UV exposure at this elevation accelerates deterioration. Our installations and storm damage roof repairs use products rated for these conditions.

We install asphalt shingle systems with impact-resistant ratings that provide documented hail resistance. Metal roofing options deliver exceptional longevity with minimal maintenance requirements. Every installation includes proper attic ventilation design to prevent ice dam formation during winter months and reduce cooling costs in summer. We install high-quality underlayment that provides secondary water protection if primary roofing materials become compromised.

Roof replacement represents a significant investment. The warranty coverage accompanying our work protects that investment through comprehensive manufacturer material warranties and our installation workmanship guarantee. We explain coverage terms clearly before you commit, so you understand exactly what protection you’re receiving and how long it extends.

Regular maintenance extends your roof’s functional life and prevents small issues from becoming expensive repairs. Annual inspections identify problems early, while repair remains straightforward and affordable.

Exterior cladding must withstand Colorado’s weather extremes while maintaining appearance and structural integrity. We install vinyl siding engineered for performance in challenging climates. Modern vinyl products resist fading from intense UV exposure, tolerate temperature extremes without warping or cracking, and maintain dimensional stability through seasonal changes.

Installation quality determines how well siding performs long-term. Our crews follow precise installation specifications that account for thermal movement, ensuring panels can expand and contract without buckling or pulling loose. We can install proper water-resistant barriers behind siding to manage moisture and prevent rot in wall cavities. Corner treatments, trim details and j-channel installations receive careful attention to eliminate potential water entry points.

Vinyl siding replacements transform your home’s appearance while improving energy efficiency and weather resistance. We offer extensive product selections in colors and styles that complement Englewood’s diverse architecture.

Effective water management protects your foundation, prevents basement flooding and preserves landscaping investments. We install seamless gutter systems custom-fitted to your specific roof configuration. Seamless construction eliminates joints where traditional sectional gutters develop leaks.

Colorado’s weather patterns demand gutters sized to handle sudden high-volume water flow during intense thunderstorms. We calculate proper downspout placement and sizing based on your roof area and regional weather patterns. Gutters must also withstand ice formation during freeze-thaw cycles common in Colorado winters. Our gutter replacements and new installations include secure mounting methods that resist the weight of ice accumulation.

Gutter guards reduce maintenance requirements by preventing leaf and debris buildup that causes clogs. If your existing system shows signs of failure, we’ll evaluate the issues and recommend solutions that restore proper function.

Englewood established itself as an independent municipality in 1903, developing from a small railroad stop into a thriving community. Today, this compact city of roughly 35,000 residents maintains a distinct character while providing convenient access to Denver’s amenities just five miles north.

The Museum of Outdoor Arts showcases rotating sculpture exhibitions throughout Englewood, while the Gothic Theatre’s restored 1929 art deco building hosts concerts and performances. Belleview Park offers family recreation with its miniature train, petting zoo and open green spaces. Neighborhoods range from the midcentury modern homes of Arapahoe Acres to the tree-lined streets of Old Englewood. Cherry Creek Vista and Sterling Heights provide newer residential options. The city’s trail system connects to regional paths along the South Platte River.

Colorado’s Front Range climate presents distinct challenges for home exteriors. This semi-arid region experiences dramatic temperature swings — summer days reach the upper 80s to low 90s, while winter nights drop below 20 degrees. Spring brings the highest precipitation, including severe thunderstorms with large hail. These hailstorms cause significant property damage across the metro area. Winter snowfall averages close to 60 inches, creating significant roof loads during heavy accumulation periods.

Intense sunlight at this 5,400-foot elevation accelerates UV degradation of roofing and siding materials. Low humidity levels contribute to wood shrinkage and checking. Windstorms can generate gusts exceeding 60 mph, testing the integrity of roof attachments and siding fasteners. Freeze-thaw cycles stress materials through repeated expansion and contraction.

AmeriPro Roofing’s solutions address these climate demands. We select materials rated for temperature extremes and UV exposure characteristic of Colorado’s Front Range. Our installation techniques incorporate proven methods for wind resistance, proper drainage and thermal movement accommodation. When you work with our team, you receive solutions engineered specifically for this region’s demanding conditions.

This was a full replacement, not just an inspection. Jeremy Bovat was very friendly, professional, insightful, and beyond helpful when it came working with the insurance company and other details. He went above and beyond to be helpful even after usual work hours or any other time of day. I ended up saving quite a bit of time and money that I would have otherwise spent working with other roofing companies because of Jeremy's expertise and proactive approach to situation. The work was finished quickly (with a slight hiccup due to the July 4th holiday, but that was expected). I selected the $1K to $5K option in the "price I paid" box because that's what my out-of-pocket was (much less than I expected, insurance took care of the rest). So all in all, great experience.

First and foremost would like to thank AmeriPro for helping my mother get her roof repaired a few weeks ago. My mother’s home was in need of repairs, we had animals in our attic due to damage, and we didn’t know what to do. We had been quoted some prices that were out of control and we didn’t know what were going to do. Luckily I contacted Donald Grant and within days were we setup with a great deal, and on the schedule to have our roof repaired. Mr. Grant was an elite professional, he lead us in the right direction, and the roof was repaired in one day. It was a great experience and I will be recommending this service to everyone.

When my 83-year-old mother needed a new roof, so she prayed 🙏 about the decision and interviewed several companies. The choice quickly became clear: AmeriPro Roofing stood above the rest, and Project Manager Sean Nicks is a huge reason why. From the beginning, Sean was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and trustworthy. He took the time to explain every step of the process to my mother so she never felt rushed, confused, or overlooked. One of the biggest challenges was her insurance claim. The original assessment did not fully account for the repairs her home actually needed. Sean knew what to look for, identified additional legitimate damage, documented it properly, and advocated for my mother so she received the coverage necessary to complete the repairs correctly. Having someone with that level of experience in her corner gave our family tremendous peace of mind. What truly set Sean apart, though, was everything he did beyond the roof. My mother’s home has also had serious foundation and garage settling issues over the years, and we had been overwhelmed by conflicting advice. Through his years in the construction industry and his network of trusted professionals, Sean helped connect us with people who could finally guide us in the right direction. I’m And when I say Sean went above and beyond, I mean it. He even came over on his own time to help us move non-operational vehicles out of the driveway so the roofing crew could begin the job. He also stepped in to help us navigate a difficult situation with a neighbor whose disabled RV had been left on my mother’s property and was interfering with other necessary work. None of that was something he had to do. He simply cared. Sean treated my mother with kindness, patience, and respect, and he went far beyond what we ever expected from a Project Manager. Sean Nicks is the kind of person you hope shows up when your family needs help. His knowledge, integrity, persistence, and genuine concern for my mother were truly a Godsend to our family. If you are considering AmeriPro Roofing in Colorado, my recommendation is simple: ask for Sean Nicks. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough ❤️

Roof Repair FAQ

Homeowners often have a few questions before we get started. Here are a few of the most common questions and answers.

How does Colorado's climate affect roofing material selection?

Colorado’s unique conditions require careful material selection. Temperature extremes cause expansion and contraction that stress roofing systems. Asphalt shingles rated for impact resistance provide documented hail protection, which matters given our region’s frequent severe storms. Shingles with high wind ratings resist damage during Colorado’s frequent high-wind events. UV-resistant products maintain integrity under intense sunlight at this elevation.

We’ll recommend materials proven to perform well in these specific conditions, explaining trade-offs between cost, longevity and appearance so you can make informed decisions aligned with your priorities and budget.

What should I know about hail damage claims?

Hail damage claims follow specific processes. After a storm, schedule an inspection promptly — some insurance policies require timely reporting. Our inspectors document damage thoroughly with photographs and detailed assessments. We provide reports suitable for insurance submission, but homeowners file their own claims. Your insurance company will send an adjuster to assess damage independently.

If your claim receives approval, we work within approved estimates to complete repairs or replacement. Our role focuses on accurate damage assessment and quality repairs once coverage is confirmed. We can provide thorough storm damage inspections to document all issues properly.

How do I choose between repair and replacement?

Several factors guide this decision. Age matters significantly — roofs approaching the end of their expected lifespan benefit more from replacement than extensive repairs. Damage extent is equally important. If hail or wind has compromised a significant portion of your roof surface, replacement typically proves more economical and provides better long-term value.

A new roof comes with warranty coverage, while patching an aging system leaves you vulnerable to additional failures. We’ll assess your specific situation honestly, explaining repair versus replacement benefits so you can choose the option that makes financial sense.

What timeline should I expect for my project?

Project duration depends on scope and complexity. A complete roof replacement on an average-sized home is typically completed within several days under normal weather conditions. Siding installations generally take several days depending on your home’s size and architectural details. Gutter installations are typically completed quickly.

We provide specific timelines during your estimate based on your project’s particular requirements. Weather delays occasionally extend schedules — we won’t compromise your installation’s quality by working in unsuitable conditions.
