About Us

AmeriPro Roofing has built lasting partnerships throughout the Asheville region by consistently delivering on our commitments. Our track record includes over 150,000 emergency roofing projects completed for homeowners who needed dependable service during their most stressful moments.

As a GAF Master Elite® Contractor, we maintain standards that place us among the nation’s top 2% of roofing professionals. This certification demands ongoing training, sustained customer satisfaction scores and proven installation capabilities. Arden residents who choose our services receive premium products, factory-certified installation methods and comprehensive warranty protection that safeguards their investment.

We live and work in this community, so we’re familiar with mountain weather patterns and the unique roof challenges that elevation brings to Arden homes. When you call AmeriPro Roofing, you’re getting help from a team that understands your neighborhood and stands behind every job.

Storm Damage Requires Professional Assessment

Spotting roof and exterior damage after a storm isn’t always straightforward. What looks like a few missing shingles or a loose siding panel from the ground might actually mean damage deeper in your roofing system, flashing or even your home’s structure. Gutters pulled away from your home could be a sign of stress to your fascia or soffit, not just the gutters themselves.

That’s why a professional inspection is so important. Our trained inspectors will check your entire roofing and exterior system to look for hidden water intrusion, structural movement and the early signs of long-term material wear. Instead of just fixing surface issues, our approach helps protect your whole home from bigger problems down the line.

We turn our inspection findings into clear, detailed documentation. You’ll get photographs of the damage, measurements of affected areas and an easy-to-understand report that you can use for insurance claims. Our documentation helps insurance adjusters see exactly what happened, so you can move forward with confidence and get your home restored the right way.

Our Home Improvement Solutions for Arden

When you work with AmeriPro Roofing, you get a single, experienced team handling everything your home’s exterior needs. There’s no need to coordinate with multiple companies for roofing, siding and gutters, making it simple to get consistent quality and reliable scheduling. Our approach takes the hassle out of storm recovery.

Mountain weather puts roofs to the test. Sharp temperature swings, high winds and heavy rain all challenge your home in ways you don’t see at lower elevations. Sun and shade can make different spots on your roof expand or contract at different rates. Strong mountain winds try to lift shingles, and our area’s frequent storms mean your roof needs to shed water fast. That’s why a comprehensive, expert inspection is so important, and why proper repairs matter here.

We use only GAF roofing products proven to perform in tough climates like Arden’s. From reinforced shingles for better wind resistance to underlayments and vents that help prevent leaks and maintain healthy airflow, we make sure each layer works together for complete protection.

If you need emergency roof repairs, we’ll respond quickly to secure your home and stop further damage. Then we’ll schedule lasting roof replacement or repairs, using the best materials and our team’s certified expertise. Every installation includes our lifetime workmanship warranty, so you’ll know your home is protected long after the job is done.

Mountain homes face unique siding challenges, like extra UV from higher altitude, moisture from fog and rain, and temperature swings that lead to thermal expansion and contraction. When we replace your vinyl siding, we’ll factor in these demanding mountain conditions. Our crews know how to adjust installation techniques for elevation, leaving you with siding that will protect your home year-round.

We use premium vinyl siding chosen for local performance as well as looks. Features like TrueTexture surface patterns mimic the look of natural materials, ChromaTrue color technology keeps your siding looking vibrant even under strong sun, and foam-backed panels add insulation value for better comfort.

Getting the installation right is essential for long-term reliability. Our team maintains proper expansion gaps at panel ends and places fasteners carefully in nail slots, allowing each panel the movement it needs as temperatures change. We also install moisture barriers behind panels to channel water away from your walls, cutting down the risk of rot, leaks or warped siding.

Mountain elevation and Arden’s topography create unique gutter and drainage challenges. Homes on sloped lots need gutters that are properly sized to handle heavy runoff, while properties under dense tree cover require systems that keep flowing without constant clogs. With AmeriPro Roofing, you get gutter replacement and installation solutions that are engineered for your specific needs.

We can build seamless aluminum gutters to fit your home precisely, eliminating joints that can leak. Our team will calculate the right slope, spacing and downspout placement for your drainage needs, keeping water moving safely away from your foundation even during heavy rain.

If your house is surrounded by trees, gutter guards are an upgrade worth considering. These guards let water in but keep out leaves, pine needles and debris, meaning less cleaning for you and more reliable drainage year-round. For wooded Arden properties, gutters with guards dramatically cut down on maintenance while protecting your home from water damage.

Arden offers mountain living within easy reach of Asheville’s urban amenities. This unincorporated Buncombe County community sits at approximately 2,200 feet of elevation, providing residents with cooler summer temperatures and four-season beauty. Founded in 1872 and named for Shakespeare’s Forest of Arden, the area maintains its historic character through neighborhoods like Oak Park Historic District while welcoming modern development in communities including Royal Pines, Glen Arden and Bent Creek.

Proximity to Pisgah National Forest provides outdoor recreation opportunities from hiking and mountain biking to scenic drives along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The area’s natural beauty attracts residents seeking a quality of life that balances peaceful surroundings with convenient access to employment centers, shopping and cultural activities concentrated in nearby Asheville.

Mountain weather creates specific challenges for residential structures. Elevation amplifies storm intensity, with higher wind speeds and heavier precipitation than lower-lying areas experience. Rapid temperature changes stress building materials through cycles of expansion and contraction. Winter ice and snow accumulation loads roofing systems beyond what valley properties encounter. When severe weather causes storm damage, understanding these factors is key to the appropriate restoration approach.

This was a full replacement, not just an inspection. Jeremy Bovat was very friendly, professional, insightful, and beyond helpful when it came working with the insurance company and other details. He went above and beyond to be helpful even after usual work hours or any other time of day. I ended up saving quite a bit of time and money that I would have otherwise spent working with other roofing companies because of Jeremy's expertise and proactive approach to situation. The work was finished quickly (with a slight hiccup due to the July 4th holiday, but that was expected). I selected the $1K to $5K option in the "price I paid" box because that's what my out-of-pocket was (much less than I expected, insurance took care of the rest). So all in all, great experience.

First and foremost would like to thank AmeriPro for helping my mother get her roof repaired a few weeks ago. My mother’s home was in need of repairs, we had animals in our attic due to damage, and we didn’t know what to do. We had been quoted some prices that were out of control and we didn’t know what were going to do. Luckily I contacted Donald Grant and within days were we setup with a great deal, and on the schedule to have our roof repaired. Mr. Grant was an elite professional, he lead us in the right direction, and the roof was repaired in one day. It was a great experience and I will be recommending this service to everyone.

When my 83-year-old mother needed a new roof, so she prayed 🙏 about the decision and interviewed several companies. The choice quickly became clear: AmeriPro Roofing stood above the rest, and Project Manager Sean Nicks is a huge reason why. From the beginning, Sean was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and trustworthy. He took the time to explain every step of the process to my mother so she never felt rushed, confused, or overlooked. One of the biggest challenges was her insurance claim. The original assessment did not fully account for the repairs her home actually needed. Sean knew what to look for, identified additional legitimate damage, documented it properly, and advocated for my mother so she received the coverage necessary to complete the repairs correctly. Having someone with that level of experience in her corner gave our family tremendous peace of mind. What truly set Sean apart, though, was everything he did beyond the roof. My mother’s home has also had serious foundation and garage settling issues over the years, and we had been overwhelmed by conflicting advice. Through his years in the construction industry and his network of trusted professionals, Sean helped connect us with people who could finally guide us in the right direction. I’m And when I say Sean went above and beyond, I mean it. He even came over on his own time to help us move non-operational vehicles out of the driveway so the roofing crew could begin the job. He also stepped in to help us navigate a difficult situation with a neighbor whose disabled RV had been left on my mother’s property and was interfering with other necessary work. None of that was something he had to do. He simply cared. Sean treated my mother with kindness, patience, and respect, and he went far beyond what we ever expected from a Project Manager. Sean Nicks is the kind of person you hope shows up when your family needs help. His knowledge, integrity, persistence, and genuine concern for my mother were truly a Godsend to our family. If you are considering AmeriPro Roofing in Colorado, my recommendation is simple: ask for Sean Nicks. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough ❤️

We had a great experience with AmeriPro. Scott Rossi did a great job explaining the process, and the company worked with our insurance to get our new roof and gutters approved and installed. The roofing crew also noticed damaged wood outside the original scope and worked to get it repaired before continuing. We are very happy with the results!

Roof Repair FAQ

Homeowners often have a few questions before we get started. Here are a few of the most common questions and answers.

What's Considered a Roofing Emergency?

Active leaks causing interior water damage, completely missing shingle sections exposing underlayment, structural damage from fallen trees or branches, and severe wind damage compromising roof integrity all qualify as emergencies. If you’re uncertain whether your situation requires immediate attention, contact us for a complimentary inspection. We’d rather evaluate the situation and determine that minor damage exists than have you wait to address a genuine emergency that will only worsen.

How Quickly Can You Respond to Emergency Calls in Arden?

We prioritize urgent calls and aim for rapid deployment when there’s a risk of further damage. Our staff is always on call for emergencies, and we’ll let you know an accurate arrival window based on weather and current demand.

Do You Provide Temporary Protection if Permanent Repairs Are Delayed?

Yes, our team offers emergency tarping and other temporary measures to secure your home immediately. Once it’s safe to proceed, we’ll coordinate all permanent repairs and guide you through every step for a seamless restoration.

What Documentation Should I Gather After Discovering Property Damage?

Take clear photos from the ground level, note when you discovered problems and document any recent weather events that may have caused issues. After that, call AmeriPro Roofing — we’ll supplement your records with detailed inspection reports, photos and measurements to support your claim for insurance purposes. All claim negotiations will remain between you and your insurance carrier, but we’ll make sure they have the information they need.

Can Elevation Affect My Home's Vulnerability to Weather Damage?

Absolutely. Mountain elevation creates conditions that stress residential structures differently than properties at lower elevations experience. Higher wind speeds, increased precipitation, more severe temperature fluctuations and greater UV intensity all impact building material performance. We engineer restoration solutions that account for these elevation-specific factors, ensuring repairs perform reliably in Arden’s mountain environment.
