The craftsmanship of the young man who made the repairs. On my roof. Did a excellent job.The father and sons team that put up the gutters.@ the rear of the house ALSO did a great jobI was please with their work.

We were pleased with the results. I would, however, been more pleased if the communication piece would have been greater.We had no warning that supplies were coming, we had no warning that the workers were coming, they just showed up. I could elaborate more, but you get the idea.
