💩 communication and attitude even before they evaluated my home . Couldn't even send a email or call that says hey, im on the way or your scheduled for a estimate. We home owners are all stressed already from the damage we got. I dont want someone who cant even communicate or have a personable attitude coming to my home , with all this going on! This company piled up garbage from their worksite ( my neighbors house) in my front yard. I asked them to remove their garbage from my yard . They did not. So I would be cautious about using a company this irresponsible.

This was a full replacement, not just an inspection. Jeremy Bovat was very friendly, professional, insightful, and beyond helpful when it came working with the insurance company and other details. He went above and beyond to be helpful even after usual work hours or any other time of day. I ended up saving quite a bit of time and money that I would have otherwise spent working with other roofing companies because of Jeremy's expertise and proactive approach to situation. The work was finished quickly (with a slight hiccup due to the July 4th holiday, but that was expected). I selected the $1K to $5K option in the "price I paid" box because that's what my out-of-pocket was (much less than I expected, insurance took care of the rest). So all in all, great experience.

First and foremost would like to thank AmeriPro for helping my mother get her roof repaired a few weeks ago. My mother’s home was in need of repairs, we had animals in our attic due to damage, and we didn’t know what to do. We had been quoted some prices that were out of control and we didn’t know what were going to do. Luckily I contacted Donald Grant and within days were we setup with a great deal, and on the schedule to have our roof repaired. Mr. Grant was an elite professional, he lead us in the right direction, and the roof was repaired in one day. It was a great experience and I will be recommending this service to everyone.

Jeremy Bovat replaced my roof a few years ago . I was so thankful to all he did . Jeremy is incredible kind and caring and really made the whole process so very easy .Jeremy put my mind to rest after losing my Husband this was he first crisis I had to deal with . I am so Thankful that Jeremy was the one who had taken care of me . Very trustworthy, helpful and kind.

When my 83-year-old mother needed a new roof, so she prayed 🙏 about the decision and interviewed several companies. The choice quickly became clear: AmeriPro Roofing stood above the rest, and Project Manager Sean Nicks is a huge reason why. From the beginning, Sean was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and trustworthy. He took the time to explain every step of the process to my mother so she never felt rushed, confused, or overlooked. One of the biggest challenges was her insurance claim. The original assessment did not fully account for the repairs her home actually needed. Sean knew what to look for, identified additional legitimate damage, documented it properly, and advocated for my mother so she received the coverage necessary to complete the repairs correctly. Having someone with that level of experience in her corner gave our family tremendous peace of mind. What truly set Sean apart, though, was everything he did beyond the roof. My mother’s home has also had serious foundation and garage settling issues over the years, and we had been overwhelmed by conflicting advice. Through his years in the construction industry and his network of trusted professionals, Sean helped connect us with people who could finally guide us in the right direction. I’m And when I say Sean went above and beyond, I mean it. He even came over on his own time to help us move non-operational vehicles out of the driveway so the roofing crew could begin the job. None of that was something he had to do. He simply cared. Sean treated my mother with kindness, patience, and respect, and he went far beyond what we ever expected from a Project Manager.
