When my 83-year-old mother needed a new roof, so she prayed 🙏 about the decision and interviewed several companies. The choice quickly became clear: AmeriPro Roofing stood above the rest, and Project Manager Sean Nicks is a huge reason why. From the beginning, Sean was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and trustworthy. He took the time to explain every step of the process to my mother so she never felt rushed, confused, or overlooked. One of the biggest challenges was her insurance claim. The original assessment did not fully account for the repairs her home actually needed. Sean knew what to look for, identified additional legitimate damage, documented it properly, and advocated for my mother so she received the coverage necessary to complete the repairs correctly. Having someone with that level of experience in her corner gave our family tremendous peace of mind. What truly set Sean apart, though, was everything he did beyond the roof. My mother’s home has also had serious foundation and garage settling issues over the years, and we had been overwhelmed by conflicting advice. Through his years in the construction industry and his network of trusted professionals, Sean helped connect us with people who could finally guide us in the right direction. I’m And when I say Sean went above and beyond, I mean it. He even came over on his own time to help us move non-operational vehicles out of the driveway so the roofing crew could begin the job. He also stepped in to help us navigate a difficult situation with a neighbor whose disabled RV had been left on my mother’s property and was interfering with other necessary work. None of that was something he had to do. He simply cared. Sean treated my mother with kindness, patience, and respect, and he went far beyond what we ever expected from a Project Manager. I had a great experience working with Scott Rossi at AmeriPro Roofing. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made dealing with the insurance and roofing process much easier than I expected. Scott was always responsive, straightforward, and followed through on everything he said he would do. The roof turned out great, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Scott Rossi and AmeriPro Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company and someone who truly takes care of their customers.

We had a great experience with AmeriPro. Scott Rossi did a great job explaining the process, and the company worked with our insurance to get our new roof and gutters approved and installed. The roofing crew also noticed damaged wood outside the original scope and worked to get it repaired before continuing. We are very happy with the results!

Justin just came to our home to check out a leak from the storms we have a lot of damage and Justin was amazing. Seems like it’s going to be a smooth reroofing. Thanks for all you help and patience

Their inner company communication is poor which confused me and put me in a bad spot; but they got my roof tarped in less than two days after the storm, so, awesome job! Thanks Heather!

Sam was amazing to work with! Any questions or concerns you have she’ll have an answer for it! We recently just got our roof replaced and she handled everything from start to finish. We were highly satisfied with the end results.
