After several storms with straight-line winds and hail, I’d asked my insurance company to send an inspector to see if my roof was damaged. The insurance inspector said that the roof was fine but I was skeptical since I’d found loose singles on the ground.

The AmeriPro representative understood the problem I’d been having with my insurance company and he was very knowledgeable. I immediately trusted my representative and, throughout the process, he lived up to my trust every step of the way.

Initially my insurance rejected our claim but the AmeriPro representative said, “That isn’t good enough,” and requested another inspection. The second inspection, he marked all the damaged areas for the insurance inspector to see and my claim was approved. From the start, I knew that AmeriPro would fight for me and that’s exactly what they did.*

The work quality was great, they installed an ice damn, removed all the nails, and used new and better materials than what we’d used when I was in construction only three years ago. They did a very good quality job and they were fast too.

My new roof is great! We are planning to sell our home soon and with the new roof and the new siding AmeriPro did, the house looks as good as it has ever looked.
